Rebel Spin is an indoor cycling studio that focuses on high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography.
how much does it cost?
I've never cycled before. What should I expect?
Every class is a little different, but every class is adaptable to your fitness level. There’s no competition so listen to your body and adjust the resistance on your bike accordingly. If you’re a first timer let your instructor know so we can make sure your bike is properly adjusted and give you a rundown on how things work.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes before your class to ensure you have proper time for us to help you set up your bike, get settled in, and warm up your body!
What should I wear?
Whatever you're most comfortable in. Form fitting leggings or shorts that won’t interfere with the pedals and a tank or a tee work great for us!
Do I need my own shoes?
Your choice! You can wear any SPD-cleated cycle shoes OR any hard soled sneaker!
We suggest purchasing a pair of cycle shoes because clipping into your pedals creates a push-pull motion while you ride and keeps your knees aligned preventing injury and allowing you to tone more muscles and burn more calories. Ask the front desk for more information about ordering shoes!
How many calories will I burn?
The number of calories you’ll burn depends on a number of factors, including your weight and the intensity at which you exercise. Research indicates that on average, participants burn about 500–800 calories in a 50-minute workout.

High-intensity interval training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
All reservations must be cancelled 8 hours prior to start of your class time or your account will be charged a $10 fee.
